It's a special season that gives us a chance to reflect and grow. The chilly, darker days invite us to snuggle up, slow down, and think about what really matters.
This free 30-minute class will be your own special retreat—a peaceful pause for you to relax and take care of yourself.

In this free class we’ll explore:

Breathwork: Learn how to use your breath to calm your mind and feel centered no matter what is happening around you.

Mindful Movements: Move your body with spacious shapes and flowing sequences that help you let go of any tension and feel open to receiving.

Meditation: Finish up with a guided meditation that helps you connect even deeper with your inner light.

Grounding: Learn what it means to get grounded, no matter where your body might physically be!

We’ll laugh, maybe even shed a tear or two, and most importantly, we’ll breathe together, so when you go back to your busy life, you’ll feel calm and steady inside!
