I’m Sarah Ezrin. I’m the award-winning author of The Yoga of Parenting, a world-renowned yoga teacher, and a maternal mental health advocate.

My world ripped open when I became a mom.I had severe anxiety, excessive rage, and I was so exhausted.

The "wellness" practices I desperately relied on for "healing" in my 20's and early 30's were not helping.

In fact, they were causing more harm. Practices like super long and excessively sweaty workouts weren't only impossible time-wise,  but I would feel even more rageful and depleted afterward. 

Everything changed when I stopped attaching to the idea that meditation needed to happen alone in a quiet place and that I needed to workout for an hour for it to count.

leaned into shorter practices and immediately noticed my mood improving, my anger settling, and my energy increasing.
